


“Trip of a Lifetime” competition terms and conditions:
- The trip date is from 26/05/2022 until 30/05/2022, unless there are any governmental measures or developments in the global pandemic situation that prevent the trip.
- If any of the winners cannot be reached within 3 days of the winners’ names being announced, the winner loses their right to receive the prize, and the bank reserves the right to replace the winner with another or cancel the prize completely.
- The bank will cover the costs of the “Trip of a Lifetime” according to the terms and conditions of the competition.
- The bank is not responsible for any expectations – not indicated in the terms and conditions of the competition – by any of the winners or their companions.
- The bank is not responsible for obtaining visas to travel or the costs related, for the winner and their companion. In addition, the winner is not entitled to choose another person to go in their place if place if a visa is denied for the winner or their companion.
- The winner and their companion must commit to prepare all the required papers and apply for a visa within a maximum of 5 days from the date of notification of the prize winner.
- The bank has the right to publish the names of the winners through all the bank’s official platforms or on the media channels it deems appropriate, within a maximum period of one after the campaign’s end.
- Each winner and companion are responsible for providing all required insurances, such as health insurance and travel insurance, at their own expense.
- The bank assumes no responsibility for the winner’s or companion’s ability to travel to the destination, nor for any costs that may result from visa denial.
- The winner and their companion must abide by the preventive measures to counter COVID-19, and any preventive measures imposed by the host country in this regard.
- The bank will not bear the costs of PCR tests for the winners and their companions required by preventive measures.
- The winner and their companion are obliged not to violate the rules and provisions of the Islamic Sharia or public morals for the duration of the trip.
- The winner is not entitled to sell the prize, transfer it to another beneficiary, or request a cash exchange.
- The winner is not entitled to replace their companion if he or she is not able to travel as a result of visa refusal.
- The bank shall not be responsible for providing any alternative to the prize, or compensate its value in cash or by other means, if the winner or companion is unable to travel for any reason.
- The companion must be 18 years of age and older.
- This competition is not intended for bank employees.
- The bank has the right to exclude any participation that does not comply with the terms and conditions of the competition.
