Amidst a joint awareness campaign during the first day of Eid al-Adha
In a joint cooperation, the Traffic Department and Safwa Islamic Bank carried out an interactive traffic awareness campaign during the first day of Eid al-Adha 2019 which included the participation of citizens from various governorates of the Kingdom to share the joy of Eid. Sweets, water, and greeting cards including guidelines on building a culture of awareness of traffic safety behaviors and requirements were distributed to ensure safe roads for all.
Chief Executive Officer of Safwa Islamic Bank, Mr. Samer Al Tamimi, said “This campaign is a result of the common cultural values and objectives that we at Safwa Islamic Bank share with the Traffic Department which embody our commitment to fulfilling our social responsibilities. This campaign also provided us with a platform to communicate with the people of the Jordanian community who are keen on being key partners in improving the quality of their lives not only from a banking side, but also assuring positive communication by taking part in their various events.”
This campaign, which stems from its comprehensive and long-term strategy of community-based institutional work, is one of a series of various initiatives undertaken by Safwa Islamic Bank with the aim of making real differences in the lives of individuals and reality of society.
